Dr. Day was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado and has always led an active, healthy lifestyle. Excelling in both football and baseball throughout youth sports and then at Dakota Ridge High School, Dr. Day was plagued by nagging injuries that eventually ended his athletic playing days.  His inability to overcome these injuries triggered his desire to help athletes and others with physical ailments.

Upon graduating high school, Dr. Day attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science, with a concentration in Sports Medicine.  It was while in Fort Collins that Dr. Day had his first experience with a chiropractor and knew from that time on, he had found his calling.  From there, he enrolled at Cleveland Chiropractic College (CCC) in Overland Park, KS.  Dr. Day began his time at CCC with the intent of specializing in working with athletes, which he did by taking over 30 seminars taught by some of the top doctors in their prospective fields from across the country.  Dr. Day also took the training and certification courses to become a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP), a taping style immensely popular with athletes and given world-wide visibility by the 2008 and 2012 Olympics.

What Dr. Day had not planned on was meeting his beautiful wife Sarah in Kansas and starting a family.  In doing this, he got to see first-hand the enormous importance and benefit that chiropractic care provided for both pregnant woman and children.  This drove him to become an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and attain a certification in Webster Technique, which is a type of care specific to pregnant women.  His interests in the treatment of athletes as well as pregnant women and children have placed Dr. Day in a very unique position to treat a wide array of patients.

Dr. Day graduated Magna Cum Laude from CCC in August 2012.  Along with his additional certifications in Webster Technique and Kinesio Taping, Dr. Day was named to the 2012 “Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities” and was awarded the Cleveland Chiropractic College "Clinic Service Award" as well as the prestigious "Clinic Excellence Award".  He now lives in his hometown of Littleton with his wife and two beautiful children where he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, exercising and anything sports-related.
